Mackenzie Mountain Outfitters offers the hunting trips of a lifetime in the heart of the Northwest Territories. With over 9,000 square miles of untouched wilderness and world class game to harvest, an adventure awaits every trip. We are one of eight outfitters in the Northwest Territories and hold the sole rights to bring non-residents to hunt in the area.

With our expert guides, hunters will enjoy some of the most remote and natural territory in Canada while hunting for Dall Sheep, Caribou, and Moose. The quality of the trophies harvested in this area is unmatched and several record breaking species have been taken over the years.

The goal of Mackenzie Mountain Outfitters is to take our clients on the hunt of a lifetime in an area of unmatched beauty and remoteness with the highest opportunity for success Stan & Helen Stevens – over Fourty Years of Experience, 2024 will be our 48th year outfitting in the Northwest Territories. Stan and his sons are experienced bush pilots. Stan has been flying and guiding in the North since 1972 and Dan & Glen since they were old enough to guide and then fly. We operate a Bell 505 Jet Ranger and a Bell 206 Jetranger helicopter within our area. As your outfitters we, and our top notch crew, are in the mountains with control over each hunt to help ensure the satisfaction of our clients.
